Based on ten years of experience, the SARRIS TAVERN offers a wide array of gastronomic choices, dishes prepared in pure, top quality, locally produced materials without any trace of chemical preservatives. Our food is always prepared with local Olive Oil, which ensures the genuineness of its flavors, true to a long tradition of caterers to the most demanding palates. Moreover, our wines are kept in the right temperature thanks to our uniquely equipped cellar.

SARRIS recruits its staff very carefully, upon the strictest criteria and high emphasis on experience, their past work history and a manifest dedication to their profession. Our 19 employees are, indeed, partners in the effort and as such are kept constantly trained and updated on the changing trends, the new products, safety and hygiene regulations and, more generally, on anything bound to ensure a flawless and courteous service to our clientele.
